Growthfull Fest (Be Proud of What We Grow Best)

¡Feliz tarde en el Amor de Dios, hermanos! En estos días he estado profundizando la idea contemplativa de hacer un Growthfull Fest la semana del 4 del julio en Los Ángeles: un arts mand family festival para celebrar el resplandecer juntos como el Growthfull Nation que somos llamados a ser, nación donde todos crecen como hermanos, creciendo juntos en comunión como las growthfull stars que somos llamados a ser, como la familia luz que somos llamados a ser, creciendo juntos con más y más crecimiento pleno, convirtiéndonos en las mejores personas que podamos ser…

Ya he compartido en Twitter muchas claves contemplativas de como ha de ser este Growthfull Fest… pero realmente no podemos limitar el growthfull creativity del Espíritu, esa creatividad que se nos da para hacer posible el crecimiento pleno de todos como hermanos. Es decir: lo que estoy dando son claves.

Jesús Claridad me aclaró que realmente este Growthfull Fest puede hacerse en muchos lugares, aunque la sede principal donde se hace por primera vez sea Los Ángeles. Quiero decir: todos estamos llamados a celebrar allí donde estemos el crecimiento más pleno posible como familia humana, celebrando la alegría de crecer juntos en más y más comunión y fraternidad, being pride of the best we can grow.

Esto significa que he de compartir algunas de las claves que han de distinguir a todo Growthfull Fest, además de las que ya he compartido, sea donde sea que se haga.

Here we go:

-ambiente familiar y de fraternidad social, con énfasis en inclusividad fraterna. Everyone is welcome, the whole family is welcome, pets included. Se debe hacer posible que hermanos con diversidad funcional puedan participar también. La inclusividad también ha de ser socioeconómica: en el growthful feast debe haber platillos de comida para todo tipo de bolsillos y family sized, including treats for de doggies or cats.

-si bien cualquier compañía es bienvenida para auspiciar el festival y para promover sus productos, incluyendo facilitar sus productos para ser degustados en el growthfull fest, tiene que quedar claro que el growthfull fest no tiene propósito de lucro. Los negocios que participen en el festival pueden tener el lucro que les corresponde como negocios, pero tienen que dar un porciento del profit [llamémosle “growthfull profit” a una organización sin fines de lucro que promueva el crecimiento pleno de todos, de alguna forma u otra. Por ejemplo: un negocio de carrito de hot dogs que tenga licencia para vender durante el growthfull fest tiene que tener un letrero de a que organización va a donar su growthfull profit. Si lo va a hacer al hospital Saint Jude, haciendo posible el crecimiento pleno de niños con cáncer, pondrá el letrero en su carrito de hot dog.

-el dinero que se recolecte de licencias de venta durante el growthfull fest (los negocios de comida o de artículos que vendan durante el growthfest necesitarán pagar una licencia, si lo quieren llamar así) será usado para subvencionar gastos de coordinación y logística, seguridad, los recursos que puedan necesitar estudiantes de school level que presenten sus obras en el festival porque ganaron premios de la categoría school level (se sabe que los estudiantes de nivel escolar no siempre tienen dinero para viajar con sus familias a presentar su obra), y para pagar los premios a las mejores obras de arte, incluyendo las obras de arte culinarias. Si hubiera una obra de arte de cualquier tipo ganadora, y el artista no tiene recursos para viajar al festival, se debe pagar el gasto por el festival, eso es parte de la equidad e inclusividad social. El pago de estas licencias no son para lucro del festival y esta licencia de venta no debe ser excesivamente onerosa. Si sobra cantidad alguna, se donará o se dejará en reserva para gastos del próximo growth fest. Por supuesto, también se puede financiar el fest con auspicios de compañías concretas, sea en donaciones monetarias o en productos: por ejemplo: una compañía de naranjas en Florida quiere donar naranjas a restaurantes para que las usen como parte de las creaciones culinarias, una vez se sabe que las florida oranges son parte de, growthfull ingredient list de ese año).

-si es posible costear todos los gastos del festival sin tener que pedir dinero para licencias de ventas, pagándolo solo con donaciones de compañías, puede hacerse, sobre todo cuando se trata de grothfullfest más pequeños, pero las licencias operacionales tienen su propósito. Se ha de recordar que operar un negocio honradamente, pagando todas las licencias aplicables, y operando no solo dentro del marco de la ley, sino que también operando growthfully, es parte de lo que se promueve en el festival. Incluso cuando haya compañías dispuestas a subvencionar o cubrir por completo licencias operacionales de negocios que hagan ventas durante el festival (recordando que no es lo mismo una licencia operacional para un carrito de hot dog que una licencia operacional para un food truck, o para un restaurante que ya esté en la ciudad), es OBLIGATORIO para cualquier negocio que opere durante el festival invertir el 3% del total profit obtenido durante el growthfull fest como growthfull profit. Tal cual dije antes, cada negocio con licencia operacional tiene que mostrar con un letrero claramente visible a qué organización va a donar el 3% del profit. Ese es otro de los propósitos de la licencia: parte del permiso de venta ha de consistir que tras el festival, tras un periodo razonable, cada negocio va a informar exactamente cuantos fueron sus profits en el festival, cual fue su growthfull profit y a exactamente a quien lo donó, mostrando evidencia de la donación (cheque cambiado, carta de la organización que certifique que recibió la donación, etc). El negarse a hacer el growthfull profit conllevará que al negocio no se le podrá volver a admitir en ningún growthfull fest futuro. 

-parte del growthfull fest es una oración ecuménica por la Patria, por la fraternidad y por el crecimiento pleno de todos sus ciudadanos. Ha de ser de diversas denominaciones, con énfasis en lo que nos une como hermanos. En el caso del growthfull fest de LAX, se hará el 4 de julio. Si las autoridades eclesiasticas competentes lo autorizan, puede hacerse como parte de una misa en la Catedral de Los Ángeles. Ha de haber una danza de adoración con miembros de diversas denominaciones, incluyendo la Iglesia Católica. La danza litúrgica o el praise worship ha de ser parte del festival. Ha de haber un momento de praise workship con danza y  música, han de tener su momento para ello, y si es necesario, su espacio (si es que la tarima principal está demasiado ocupada con otros artistas, puede haber tarimas secundarias en otras zonas, como una dedicada al praise and adorarion worship, dando gloria a Dios Amor juntos como hermanos).

-en cuanto el Santuario del Divino Amor esté construido, durante el festival los participantes que así lo deseen podrán pasar por el Santuario y dejar velas trasnconsagradas blancas y anaranjadas rezando por la familia humana y la familia sacramental. Mientras tanto, pueden poner las velas a una imagen de Jesús Caridad o a una custodia eucarística.

-el growthfull fest ha de tener un tema concreto para que las obras artísticas giren en torno a ese tema. Por ejemplo: “Let Glow Grow”, “We Are One Human Family”, so on. El tema es distinto cada año. Debe anunciarse con antelación para hacer posible que los artistas preparen sus obras. De hecho, al final del Growthfull fest de un año se puede anunciar el tema del próximo año. 

-puede haber guests especiales que den discursos especiales o charlas especiales em torno al tema elegido.

-el growthfull fest comienza con un brindis hecho con growthfull wine, cultivado en California si es que allí se cultivan vinos. Luego habrá un baile con una canción compuesta para el festival, relacionada con el tema de ese año. La canción se puede vender en iTunes para recaudar fondos para el festival. Debe de haber un espacio junto a la tarima principal, lo más amplio posible, de tal forma que quien quiera pueda bailar y que haya una zona de baile. El baile lo comenzará tras el brindis, quien haya dicho el brindis celebrando la fraternidad y el crecer juntos como hermanos, en más y más comunión, colmados de crecimiento pleno, como la growthfull nation we are called to be. Puede haber special guests en ese primer baile. Por ejemplo: una niña sobreviviente de cáncer bailando con el Presidente.

-al menos una de las conferencias que se den a lo largo del growthfull festival en la tarima destinada para ello debe tener contenido de derechos humanos. Vivir los derechos humanos es parte de being growthfull, always. La oratoria también es un arte. Pueden hacer un concurso del mejor discurso, especialmente entre estudiantes de escuelas, acerca del tema de derechos humanos y fraternidad, o del tema del festival, y pagarle los gastos para que el estudiante dé el discurso en el growthfest. Los discursos no tienen que se dados solo por estudiantes, y pueden intercalarse entre las presentaciones musicales. También se pueden recitar poesías coreadas.

Hasta este punto hablé de lo que aplica a cualquiera que quiera hacer un Growthfull Fest en cualquier parte del mundo, hecho en el pueblo, en la comunidad… celebrando juntos la fraternidad humana, el crecer juntos como familia humana que crece en más y más comunión, más y más colmada de crecimiento pleno.

Esto que voy a explicar a continuación aplica al Growthfull Fest de Los Ángeles: un New Albor Pavilion, un LightHouse Pavilion, un Fraternity Pavilion, un Growthfull Pavilion, un Glow Pavilion, un Groethfull Kingdom y un StarRise Campus. 🌻

Sabemos que están las Olimpiadas para celebrar los deportes a nivel mundial. Sabemos que está Miss Universe para celebrar la belleza a nivel mundial (among others). Sin embargo, ¿qué hay para celebrar la cultura culinaria y artística a nivel mundial, qué hay para celebrar el crecimiento en comunión que nos hace la growhtfull humanity we are called to be?

So, now we have the Growthfull Fest for that. It does not only celebrates being the Growthfull Nation we are: it also celebrates being the Growthfull Humanity we are together as fraternal human family, growing together in more and more communion, as the brothers and sisters whe are called to be, sharing more and more full growth when whe grow more and more fully, together.

How we can integrate all the world’s culture in a single art fest that celebrates growing together in more and more communion, more and more growthfully?

Guess what? 

Got food? Exactly, food. There is no other best way to celebrate growing together in communiom, sharing what makes our own culture growthfull, what we grow best as country or state… than sharing a meal of our cultural heritage. 

We need a festival where chefs and artists of ALL the World can come and share their culture sharing their amazing art that celebrates growing together with more and more full growth, as the brothers and sisters we are called to be.

There is nothing more fraternal than sharing a meal together as a human family. How we achieve that? With a Fraternity Pavilion, full of hundreds kitchen stations that have not only growthfull meals (meals prepared with the best we can grow as Growthfull Nation and as Growthfull Humanity) but also kitchen stations assigned to every country of the world and also to each USA state, so we can enjoy together a human family meal as we are able to enjoy growth bowls of around the whole world in a single pavilion. This is celebrating growing together in communion, as the human family and as the fraternal nation we are all called to be.

Athlethes have the Olimpics. Models have Miss Universe. Actors have the Oscars. 

Chefs and artists now have the Growthfull Fest to celebrate our amazing grothfull creativity as humanity, the amazing creativitywe are given to create more and more ways to make possible our fullest growth as humanity. 

This is it: a Fraternity Pavilion with food of ALL the world, a huge growthfull feast of the whole humanity cultural heritage, of what make us human family that grows in more and more new life that shines in communion, walking together as brothers and sister that grow in more and more growthfull freedom and growthfull joy.

As far as I know, there is no worldwide fest that has ever attempted to do something like this. This would be the first one ever: somewhere you can taste art of every culture of the world in the same place: the Growthfull Pavilion (visual arts pavilion: painting, drawing, photography…), the New Albor Pavilion (editorial arts pavilion: books that are literature, nonfiction that are biographies or authobiographies, artistic printed media…), the LightHouse Pavilion (spatial arts pavilion: all kind of sculptures and architectural art) and the Sunrise Pavilion (scenic arts pavilion: music, cinema, tv and streaming scenic arts, theather, dance…)… all this along the New Fraternity Pavilion (culinary arts pavilion), the Glow Pavilion (Fashion Arts) the Growthfull Kingdom and the StarRise Campus.🌻

I am sorry, Germany: Oktoberfest may stop being the most visited fest in the world after this, no matter how good your beer can be. 😂😂😂 You can share some of your amazing beer and sausages in the Growthfull Fest! 🙂

The New Albor Pavilion would be dedicated to editorial arts: literature (story books, fiction, non fiction, novels, poetry…), books, magazines and printed media that are created as art. Non fiction can be art if they are biografies or autobiographies that helps us to grow growthfully as the growthfull humanity and the growthfull nation we are called to be as society of light were everyone can grow as the brothers and sisters we are called to be. It is called ”new albor” because all the Iesu Amor creative project began by editorial arts: writting everything down, as ”contemplative writting art”, if you want to call it that way, that nows become a growthfull writing giftedness (He gave me an ink pen as a creative charism to write His living Love story, so we make visible His Love as a growthfull prophecy that plasmates growthfull society, growthfull Church, growthfull humanity…). The creation of arts for humanity began with the development of language, of the ability to plasmate by writing our growthfull history as we become the growthfull humanity we are called to be. So, this New Albor that we see today as growthfull humanity, after millions of years of growthfull evolution… well, really began as we began to have a language to create ourselves as the living work of Love we are called to be. So, New Albor Pavilion is for language arts.

The same way that there are meal packages, there must also be editorial arts packages, with which the persons can buy a ticket package in advance, with tickets of different color. You can classify the books and printed media in colors: books of blue color, books yellow color… so on, so on. So the editorial arts package would be bought in advance, required as part of the entrance package to the Editorial Arts Pavilion, and you will know in advance how many books of what color you can take according to your pre-paid editorial arts package. This would be far more practical than the fuzz of having every editorial arts exhibit have a cashier system. Example: books of green color are normally sold between the 10-20 dollars frame. Well, you will buy an editorial package were you can pre pay 2 books/printed media of that color, and a red color book/printed media (a magacine) for 15 dollars. They should be very generous editorial arts packages, with no less than 7 varied tickets per package per person or 10 varied tickets per family, including specific packages for children’s books. Doing this will make the editorials able to be better prepared of what kind of books they will need to have more available, and will make possible for them to give better discounts because the books are being prepaid. I have never seen or heard this of a book fair. It’s a different system of working with the huge book flow that will be quite expected in an Editorial Arts Pavilion. You can’t expect to have enough employees to pay for that many books. This is a pick-as-you-go book fair payment system: you pre-pay an editorial arts package, them you pick your books/printed media once you are in the book fair, according to the colors of the tickets in the package you bought. If someone wants to pay tickets for extra books once they are inside the Pavilion, they should be able to do it online, in their phones or devices, and then go to an authomatic machine inside the Editorial Arts Pavilion to get their tickets… but trust me, those tickets bought inside the Pavilion won’t be as cheap as the ones pre-paid as editorial arts packages (as I said, buying at least one editorial arts package per person or family is required to being able to enter to the Editorial Arts Pavilion), they will need to cost more. Trust me, buying the best pre-paid package available will be the smartest choice, and the cheaper choice. This is a different way for editorials to get paid, but they need to be flexible: in a book fair of this kind they will have a HUGE visibility, so please be flexible and allow growthfull creativity to flow, even if this haven’t been done before in any other book fair around the world. Its Jesus Charity who says its impossible to deal with that huge amount of people buying books at the same time. You will need another payment system for such huge editorial arts fair as this one. There you got it. His idea. I have never seen or heard something as that, ever.

The Growthfull Fest will have a book that will be the book of the Growthfull Fest of each year, and the book content must be related with the theme of that year. That author will be featured in prime spot in the Editorial Arts Pavilion exhibitions and he may be requested to authograph books to be given as prizes/gifts during the festival, besides giving an speech related to the Growthfull Fest chosen theme. Yes, there can be exhibitions related to Editorial Arts inside the Editorial Arts Pavilion. Everyone who enters to the Editorial Arts Pavilion will be given a tote bag with that book and any other printed material needed. The bag must be big enough to being able to fit approximately the amount of books bought in the pre-paid package. No plastic bags will be given to take any book around the fair. 

There will also be a Growthfull Fest poem every year, also related to the chosen theme of the festival that year. The book where that poem is published will be given inside the tote too. 

Both authors must be alive, so they can speak at the Editorial Arts Pavilion. Exceptions to this may apply if justified or unexpected (the author dies weeks or a few months before the Growthfull Fest). In this case, someone who knew the author well must agree to speak in the festival.

The LightHouse Pavilion is dedicated to spatial arts (arts that are tridimensional in space): sculpted arts and architectural art. Its has a beautiful meaning. When Jesus Charity wants you to contemplate who we build a society of light, a growthfull society, He makes us see a lighthouse sculpted from a heart that says ”fiat grow”. So, as we become the living beacons of conversion that we are called to be, as we radiate the new life that grows in communion that we are called to be and become the living work of Love we are called to be, radiating light to society with more and more full growth… well, we are social architects that build a growthfull society, practicing social sculpting as we make possible with more and more new forms that everyone can grow as the light we are all called to be… so our whole society, our whole nation, our whole humanity… glows as a growthfull communion LightHouse, as a growthfull beacon of new life that makes more and more visible His Love, His incarnated charity. Yes, there is growthfull architecture, designing structures that are not only beautiful and functional, but also designed with the explicit intention of creating a growthfull society where everyone can grow as a brother and a sister, were everyone can grow as his or her best. I don’t know a lot about architecture, I did take architecture clases but wasn’t good at them as my classmates… but I am going to give a simply example of this: adding to a public building the feature of a new fraternity water falling wall (a new fraternity fountaint integrated to the public space of the building) that helps those who see the fountaint to celebrate how we are a society of brothers and sisters that walk together in growthfull freedom. Ask yourselves, architects: how to I design this space that I am designing in a way that I make possible that everyone can grow best there, as the brothers and sisters we are all called to be, growing together in more and more communion, growing together more and more growthfully? Imagine our whole society as a growthfull beacon of new life that radiates more and more growth in communion. How would let that growthfull light permeate the space and be seen in the space you are designing? The LightHouse Pavilion will also have a home design arts zone, with interior design art painting and details, and home accesories (quilts, lamps that are made as art, home accesories that are made as art). This is also art. 

The New Fraternity Pavilion will have three big zones (you can sub-divide the Growthfull Zone between Growthfull Kitchen y Growthfull Pantry). Besides these three big zones, there can be zones for beverages (including alcoholic for those with the legal age in California to do so) and desserts. No tobacco or smoking related food articles are allowed (here nor at any of the pavilions. Sponshorships from tobacco companies won’t be accepted).

Human Fraternity Zone

It would be great to have a kitchen station per country, but if that is not possible due space (that would be 192 kitchen stations), there can be 1 kitchen station area (an area is several kitchen stations placed nearby) per continent of all the nations who belong to the United Nations. Each kitchen station has 4 time spots per day, so there should be plenty kitchen station to have enough spots so there are at least three time spots per country of each continent. They can be cultural fusion cuisine meals, but at least one meal of the three spots given to each country must belong fully to the culture of that country.

American New Fraternity Zone

1 big kitchen station per state (Including Puerto Rico and Washington DC)

Growthfull Fraternity Zone

At least 20 kitchen stations (can be as much as needed) were all the meals will be prepared only using the growthfull ingredients list. The best meals win prizes. There can be days to use use only USA ingredients, other day to use ingredients of the whole American continent with those, other day to use European ingredients with those, other day to use Asian ingredients with those, other days to use African or Oceania ingredients with those… and there should be a zone where the guests can buy those best products that each continent and state can grow if they wish. These are the only products that can be sold inside the New Fraternity Pavilion. Not more of three per country/state. This is a growthfull worldwide pantry! 🙂 Where you have seen that, folks? Let the growers and producers of this ingredients and products postulate their best products, explaining why they grow that best. They will be given the chance of selling their product at the Growthfull Fest Fraternity Pavilion Pantry if chosen. They must provide the product for the chefs making the recipes too. This is amazing marketing for small bussiness, farmers and bigger bussiness too. They must sponsor a kitchen station at a given time. Their product will be prime ingredient in the recipe made in the kitchen station they sponsor, but their ingredient can be used in any of the other growthfull zone kitchen stations recipes at any given moment, so there must be plenty amount of the product. If we are talking about a small business in countries were the dollar makes a difference (a trip to USA and shipping all the needed products can be a huge expense of the currency is of a developing country and the one who is postulating is a small bussiness farmer), they can receive a growthfull waiver if demonstrated that their product/produce is truly the best that can be grown and tasted, althoughthey should seek and receive help from the tourism company of their country, they are representing their country’s culture.

In the growthfull zone culinary creativity and cultural fusion must be especially encouraged. Examples of cultural fusions are:

African American meals

Latino American meals (TexMex)

Black American meals

Asian American meals

Native American-American meals

In the state and country kitchen stations there should be chefs preparing dishes of the country/state they represent. Of course, most of the chefs should be nationals of that country, or citizens of the state they are cooking. In the case of the states kitchen stations, they must live/work there, or being born there. In case of the country kitchen stations, it could be three possibles. Taking as example the China Kitchen Station, the chosen chefs to cook at that station can be the following options:

-a Chinese citizen/inmigrant living/working in US

-an American (or a citizen of any other nationality) making a Chinese dish and explaining why he wants to represent Chinese culture and why his dish represents China’s culture.

-a Chinese chef that comes from China to cook for the fest.

Remember: kitchen stations are rotative. You need several chefs to rotate. At the 8:00-11:00 spot you will have a chef with a dish. At the 11:30-2:30 spot you will have another chef with another dish. At the 3:00-6:30 spot you will have another spot with another chef. At the 7:00-10:00 spot you will have another spot with another chef. You must have several chefs for each country/state kitchen station. That is what makes the Fraternity Pavilion experience SO valuable: you will be experiencing the cultural diversity of the whole world. That experience is worth to pay a nice amount for a meal package ticket. When you choose your meal ticket package with specific time spots along the fest week, you will be able to know when you choose it which countries are being at the kitchen stations at that time spot, and what dishes will be made at every kitchen station at that time spot.

I guess you will need an “intermediate kitchen station zone” were incoming chefs (the ones that go in the next spot in that kitchen station) can begin to prepare stuff for their turn while the prior chef ends his or her shift.

People… the marketing you can make here to dishwasher soap is AMAZING. You will have tons of pots to clean. You will need an army of dishwashers. 😂😂😂😂

If there are left over products in the Growthfull Pantry and in the New Fraternity Pavilion, they will be given to people who will need them (homeless kitchens, school pantries were kids will enjoy some wolrdwide culture, elderly homeswhere they can enjoy them…). Nothing will be wasted. The same applies to the leftover growth bowls in the whole Fraternity Pavilion, there would be people ready to distribute them in nearby assigned places (example: after a two hours spot 200 leftover growth bowls remained). They will be send to other place were people outside the pavilion can enjoy them, they won’t be wasted. You can even send some to nearby hospitals, already prepared to receive them, so those too sick can enjoy the fest too. There must be also food available for the ones working at the fest, a staff zone…). No food should be wasted. Also, the appliances used can be given to families/organizations that need them, if they are not requested back by the company who gave them for the fest.

The eating should be standing. The growth bowls should be small enough to be eaten standing, or you can keep them in a box and eat them all together, picnic style, when you get out of the Fraternity Pavilion when your whole time spot is ended and you saw everything you wanted and chose all the growth bowls you paid for in your meal package ticket. Give EVERYTHING in recicled material, and recycle as much waste as you can. Take care of the planet too, folks.

As I said, growthfull wine its included, and also victory rolls (the bread) and a small growth bowl of the best Californian vegetables (tomato, lettuce, so on) for a new fraternity salad. You can also offer as dessert for everyone living passionately yogurt and fruit bowls, new albor cheesecake or growthfull ice cream. There should also be some victory bowls (bigger bowls) for smaller kids (7 and under), whose entrance ticket along their parents should be free if they do not eat any of the growth bowls along the fest, so the entrance tickets can be more accesible to families of younger kids that are in age that they don’t like food that may be seen as ”strange” by them. To these kids 7 and under you can offer victory bowls with star shapped nuggets, bacon mac and cheese or growthfull pizza (the spiral one), with some growthfull ice cream (the ice cream I mentioned before, with churro chunks and California almonds, and be growthfull parcha caramel sauce and new albor coquito ice cream base… but don’t add the rum for them, you can offer some ice cream to everyone else with the Puerto Rican rum added) and yogurt and fruits too… To them you give victory bowls, because our youngest kids are the victory of a growthfull society. No kid of 8 and over can entry to the Fraternity Pavilion without a ticket along their parents or guardians. You can create a family meal package for making that more affordable, but kids should be allowed to eat growth bowls too so they can taste the culture around the world, so they should have their tickets too.

How to finance all this? Well, Los Angeles, as a good host, must afford some of the costs, that is for sure, but the main way of finance these New Fraternity and Growthfull Pavilions are sponsorships and meal packages tickets for the fest: those who come to the Growthfull Fest will reserve meal packages with an specific time frame assigned and specific amount of tickets assigned for being able to enter to the New Fraternity Pavilion.

Let’s explain this.

The Growthfull Fest is a whole week, ending at July 4.

Lets say: I buy a meal package to enjoy two days of the New Fraternity Pavilion. So, I can choose to pay to go two different days to the New Fraternity Pavilion, choosing at each day any of the two hours spots available. Each spot comes with 7 tickets to get 7 meals at growth size (appetizer size) during those two hours I am inside the New Fraternity Pavilion. You get a full meal with those 7 appetizers joined. Growthfull wine, water and soft drinks are included in the meal package. Let Coca Cola and Pepsi “fight fraternally” for being the one chosen for the sponsorship and the chance of everybody tasting their product at the Growthfull Fest. 😂

The admission to the Growthfull Pavilion (the plastic and visual arts exposition pavilion) and the LightHouse is included when you buy any of the entrance tickets to any of the other Pavilions (including the Glow Pavilion, that has a pass of its own).

This is the Arts and Human Fraternity Olimpics, but annual, like Miss Universe, with representation of each culture around the world.

Pueden notar que todo esto que acabo de explicar acerca de los Pavilions requiere muchísima logística, preparación y espacio. Por eso digo que esto es específico para Los Ángeles. Quiero decir: de la misma forma que para hacer el Oktoberfest tiene que haber un espacio preparado y una logística preparada bien específicamente para el Oktoberfest, también aplica lo mismo al Growthfull Fest. El Growthfull Fest ha se asumir las características del espacio de Los Ángeles, de tal forma que ya esté la zona para hacerlo de la misma forma que la zona del Oktoberfest ya está delimitada (que yo sepa, el Oktoberfest no cambia de lugar).

In a certain way, this festival is called to be alike the World Youth Day. As far as I know, where the WYD happens, the whole city becomes the festival. Yes, there is a zone with a stage where the main masses and events happens, but the music and arts exhibitions are done in places around the city. The same way that Jesus Charity takes what we already are and transconsecrates us into the living work of Love we are called to be… the whole city must become a Growthfull Fest. There are some Pavilions that must be custom built for the Growthfull Fest, besides the main stage and the dancing space. Clearly the New Fraternity Pavilion is one of those: you need VERY specif engineering and architectural specs for a space where hundreds of kitchens stations will be working, specially in the ventilation aspect (this Pavilion must be some kind of huge tents, because the ventilation you need for that amount of kitchen stations working together is impossible to hold inside the same building… except if you bring the stuff to be just heated and given in the Pavilion… but the part of seeings the chefs preparing their plates should be part of the experience… even if with a video in You Tube or something)… but for the Growthfull Pavilion (the visual arts  Pavilion) you can use public spaces already built in the city. For example: transforming a public school (they are closed in summer, this is the July 4 week) in a Paitings Pavilion, taking in count all the specs needed to keeping safe and preserving well the arts works while there. This is what is supossed to be done: transforming what is already built into a Growthfull Fest, turning the whole city into a Growthfull Fest during that week, that will be a week with the same party spirit and fuzz inside the city as Pamplona during San Fermines.

Notice a very important detail: you will need a very efficient public transportation system to connect already built places with the ones you need to build only for the festival. Using the same example as above: you will need that the public school being used as Growthfull Pavilion is in a zone of the city that can be reached with public transportation system. It can be practical to include a public transportation pass, including metro and bus systems, with the cost of entrance tickets to any of the Growthfull Fest Pavilions.

For the scenic arts parts of this festival the city must have already built movie teathers, plenty of them, and spaces where dances, musicals and concerts like ballet, classical music and opera can be held properly. Not any city can do this. There should be scenic arts pre paid packages too, but they are the same kind of package like the others. Let me explain.

También ha de haber un Sunrise Pavilion donde haya exhibits de todas las artes escénicas que se enfocan en el entretenimiento: teatro, música, cine y danza. También pueden incluirse el arte escénico hecho para televisión (TV scenic arts). Este Sunrise Pavilion ha de tener forma de estrella y es uno de los Pavilions más grandes, sino el más. En el festival habrá también una película del festival relacionada con el tema, y un Sunrise Artist destacado (actor…)

El Sunrise Pavilion también tendra un entrance pass que se tendrá que comprar… pero este entrance pass es muy distinto a los otros. En el resto de los Pavilion entrance passes pagas para entrar al Pavilion para el cual pagas la entrada, más incluye también el entrance pass a los LightHouse y Growthfull Pavilions. Además, los otros entrance packages requieren que compres un package con el pass, ya sea un editorial arts package o un culinary arts package, que permitiría adquirir libros/printed media o consumir growth bowls en esos pavilons, respectivamente. El Sunrise Pavilion pass no funciona de este modo. 

Al comprar el Sunrise Pavilion pass pagarías por tener acceso a TODOS los estudios musicales, de cine, de streaming o de televisión de Los Ángeles que accedan a ser parte del Growthfull Fest. Ujum, todos. Cada studio tendría sus propios exhibits o actividades. Pero… a diferencia de los otros passes, este pass no se pagaría para financiar esas actividades y admisión a esos studios. Todos los studios donarían sus facilidades y actividades al Growthfull Fest: TODO lo que se recaude de estos Sunrise passes irá directamente a financiar todos los gastos de todo el funcionamiento del Growthfull Fest (logística, gestión de pagos, seguridad, gastos de servicios de emergencias médicas/veterinarias on site, premios, alquiler de tarimas y sistemas de sonido, la construcción del main music zone y tarima principal… un festival de esta envergadura tiene MUCHOS gastos que asumir…). Los estudios donarían este tiempo, espacio y recursos como servicio público a la ciudad que hace posible sus creaciones artísticas: el flujo turístico que Los Ángeles debe esperar durante este festival es enorme. Habrá MUCHÍSIMA gente dispuesta a viajar a Los Ángeles pagando un pass que le permita ver TODOS los studios más importantes de la ciudad en una sola semana, incluyendo en un mismo pass el acceso a todos esos studios. Detalle muy importante: studios que estén envueltos en producción de material pornográfico o que incite la violencia o cualquier otra violación de derechos humanos no podrán ser parte del festival. Punto. No exceptions to this. Parte de celebrar el crecer juntos como familia humana es el no tolerar deshumanización, denigración o incitación a la violencia alguna. La pornografía denigra al ser humano. La música hecha para incitar violencia también denigra al ser humano. Ese tipo de studios no pueden ser parte de festival, no se les puede conceder licencia operacional para operar durante el festival y no puede estar incluídos en el Sunrise Pass. Honrar la dignidad del ser humano incondicional es parte importante de este festival. 

Cada studio ha de tener sus propias actividades, que pueden incluir meet and greets con Hollywood Stars. Parte importante de este festival es entender que para ser estrella hay que elegir irradia la luz que somos llamados a irradiar, incluyendo en Hollywood. Sería bueno que las estrellas de Hollywood estuvieram accesibles para ser conocidas como personas y seres humanospor sus fans, con meet and greets cuyos entrance tickets estén debidamente coordinados en el entrance package del Sunrise Pass. No será facil elegir quienes sean lo que puedan ser parte de estos meets and greets, o conferencias dadas por estrellas de Hollywood donde hablen del tema del festival o del tema de su crecimiento pleno como personas, como lo logran en Hollywood… pero puedem coordinar darlos al azar o darlos a personas que se lo ganen por amazing growthfull achievements in their communities, works or schools…

Acabo de mencionar que el Sunrise Pass sí que tiene package como el resto de los passes. La diferencia es que para comprar un Sunrise Pass no será obligatorio comprar un package: podrás sencillamente comprar el pass, no package needed. Si  embargo, sí que habrá actividades que son parte del Sunrise Pavilion para los cuales sí que se necesitará pagar un package: conciertos de orquesta sinfónica y música clásica hechos indoors, conciertos de ballet, musicales, danzas hechas en indoor auditoriums, ópera… todos los espectáculos artísticos musicales hechos indoors, en las diveraas facilidades a lo largo de Los Ángeles que se usen como parte del Growthfull Fest, por supuesto que tiene que reservarse y pagarse como parte de un package. Si se muestran películas que son parte del festival en cines, la entrada a esos cines también tiene que ser parte de un package y reservarse. O sea: también ha de haber un package con el Sunrise Pass, pero este package es mucho más custom. Por ejemplo: si quieres ir a un concierto de ópera hecho en una sala de conciertos concreta, incluyes ese ticket en tu Sunrise Pass package y lo pagas. Si quieres ir a un concierto de ballet hecho en un concert hall concreto, incluyes ese ticket en tu Sunrise Pass Package. Si quieres ver película x, buscas los tickets y los pagas como parte del Sunrise Pass package. Si quieres integrar un entrance a parques de Disney o otras atracciones de scenic arts de Los Ángeles que requieran pago para entrar, se añadirían a este package, seguramente a un precio reducido respecto al precio regular.

¿Se entendió la diferencia del Sunrise Pass respecto al New Fraternity package y al New Albor package? Por supuesto, al comprar el Sunrise Pass también tendrías acceso al LightHouse Pavilion y al Growthfull Pavilion. El Sunrise Pass también debe tener family pass option para hacerlo más accesible posible a familias jóvenes, y se debe dar algún detalle a los niños menores de 7 años que vayan visitando los studios, de la misma forma que en el New Fraternity Pavilion hay victory bowls para ellos.

No sé si sea posible lograr que haya compañías concretas que auspicien cada una de las actividades del Sunrise Pass. O sea: por ejemplo, que Walmart pague el concierto de una orquesta sinfónica, lo que reduciría grandemente los costos de todos estos tickets o incluso haría que los tickets fueran gratuitos, siempre y cuando una sola persona no pueda acaparar tickets (habría límite de tickets por cada Sunrise Pass). A Jesús Caridad le agrada mucho esta idea, porque el arte también es un servicio a la sociedad, y compañías grandes como Walmart, Chick Fil A, McDonalds, Burger King, American Airlines, Home Depot, Ikea, Best Buy, Amazon… pueden perfectamente auspiciar una sala de cines entera, un concierto entero, una sala de ballet de danza entero… entonces, los fondos de estos tickets se usarían para pagar los gastos de viaje y estadía de los artistas o grupos que tengan que viajar hasta Los Ángeles para dar su concierto. 

Actually, Amazon podría financiar el campus principal entero… 

¿A qué me refiero con campus? 

Muy unido al Sunrise Pavilion, tiene que haber una grandísima zona verde, un campus, donde esté la tarima principal del Growthfull Fest, con espacio suficiente para que una gran multitud pueda escuchar música con seguridad y que en momentos en que no haya grandes conciertos en la tarima principal pueda haber personas comiendo en el cesped, picnic style, o jugando (con niños o peludos) en la misma zona. Este campus tiene un nombre muy particular, dado por Jesús Caridad: StarRise Campus. 

Que yo sepa, la palabra “StarRise” no existe. Nunca la he visto. En toda mi vida. La contemplé hace unos momentos atrás. Si leen unos blogs más atrás verán como en “A Growth Story” las estrellas “ascienden” hasta convertirse en las estrellas del Cielo que son llamadas a ser… pero este “rise” tiene más sentidos que ese. Va unido al sentido de la palabra “Sunrise” [de ahí que este campus esté tan unido al Sunrise Pavilion]: estrellas que irradian el nuevo albor que enciende a toda nuestra sociedad en más y más crecimiento en comunión, en más y más crecimiento pleno… Y aunque no lo crean, Jesús Caridad dio a contemplar otro sentido muy particular de este rise: ¿han visto la película “The Rise of the Apes”? Tiene su chiste el uso de la palabra “apes” [gorilas] en estas circunstancias, hay que respetar a los hermanos gorilas también (o sea, no insultar a los animales gorilas comparándolos con quienes definitivamente no deben ser comparados)… pero este “rise” que Jesús Caridad da a contemplar es distinto: es el “levantamiento” de todas las estrellas del Cielo de nuestra sociedad, que dicen juntas “no” a todo lo que impida a nuestra nación resplandecer como el Growthfull Nation que somos llamados a ser caminando juntos como hermanos, como la luz que somos llamados a ser, como la mejor persona que somos llamados a ser… No entiendan este “levantamiento” como golpe de estado ni nada por el estilo, por ahí no van los tiros. Este levantamiento es levantarnos y resplandecer como los growthfull stars que somos llamadas a ser, deteniendo juntos todo lo que nos impida crecer plenamente como hermanos. Esto para Jesús Caridad es un poco “The rise of the stars”… the artists version: artistas levantándose como estrellas para detener todo lo que impida resplandecer como Patria Viva donde todos pueden resplandecer como la luz que son llamados a ser, como los hermanos que son llamados a ser. La mera presencia en ese StarRise Campus es un statetement: no hate will stop us, nor stop our 52 states, our nation and our humanity to radiate as the Growthfull Nation we are all called to be, as the Growthfull Humanity we are called to be. Understood? En algún momento hablé de que para crear paz hace falta crear growthfull society donde todos puedan crecer como hermanos, y para crear growthfull culture, culture of new life that grows in more and more communion, no hacen falta soldados o hackers, aunque definitivamente pueden ser handy en determinadas circunstancias… Para inspirar growthfull culture y crear growthfull society, inspiring a more growthfull world… we need artists. This is it: the rise of the stars. As you can see, the StarRise words has lots of beautiful and deep meanings.

So, California becomes the Growthfull state, beginning officially a growthfull revolution: the rise of the stars, all in the StarRise campus singing and dancing together, like a huge growthfull feast, radiating together the light we are called to radiate as we grow together more and more growthfully, and so, glowing together as the Growthfull Nation we are called to be…

What a way to celebrate July 4, brothers and sisters…

Contemplé esto mientras pintaba el “Be Growthfull” growthfull medicine poster. A very curious way to see all the meanings of the “rise” word”.

There will be no cost to enjoy the music of the StarRise Campus or any other of the musical stages around the city, in any of the plazas. The concert zones will be free to enjoy to everyone who is in the Growthfull Fest and in the city. You can finance that by selling the song of the Festival in iTunes… and making sure it is a very good, growthfull song that everybody wants to hear. You can create a whole musical album for every Growthfull Fest, but a single song will be the theme song of the fest.

Otro detalle importante a destacar acerca del Growthfull Fest: esto es un FAMILY and arts festival… y los pets son parte de la familia y parte de lo que hace a nuestra sociedad una más humanizante. Por lo tanto, los pets han de ser bienvenidos en el festival, al menos en todas sus zonas que sean espacios abiertos, incluyendo el StarRise Campus. Se ha de contar con los recursos para hacer de todos los espacios abiertos del festival areas pet friendly, aunque puede haber areas específicas delimitadas específicamente en el StarRise campus para personas que por razones de salud (alergias) no puedan tener perros o gatos cerca, para que ellos puedan escuchar el concierto y las actividades de la tarima principal en esa zona. 

No sé hasta que punto se pueda hablar de Pavilions y Studios en los que se pueda permitir la entrada de mascotas. Hay leyes sanitarias que regulan esto, por lo tanto eso tiene que consultarse y hacerde debido a las debidas leyes aplicables. Por ejemplo: que yo sepa no es posible hablar de que se permita la entrada de perros que son pets (no service animals) a los Disney Studios dentro del parque (asumo que sus estudios de animación están dentro de su parque en California, pero puedo estar asumiendo mal…). Serí estupendo hacer un Sunrise Pass que incluya admisión a Disney con un gran precio… y sería genial que solo por esa semana se hiciera una excepción totalmente estudiada y regulada para permitir que pets entren a Studios donde normalmente no podría entrarse con pets. Debe haber un Pet Pass para ellos, que certifique que están vacunados y esterilizados, que están saludables para ir al fest (por ejemplo: un peludo que tiene artritis necesitará un dog stroller y eso debe decirse en el pass, no puede estar solo en leash… y sabemos que hay peludos con condiciones de salud que les impiden viajar a una actividad como el Growthfull Fest, por su propio bien) y que su comportamiento no es agresivo. O sea: no se trata meramente de llevar al perro o gato (no se puede volar con más pets, así que no esperen lizards pets, pitones pets, parrot pets o hamsters pets en estos passes) sin ningún tipo de regulación o norma: tiene que haber un pass para ellos con normas establecidas (siempre en leash o stroller con leash, no pueden ser puppies demasiado jóvenes, bajo ninguna circunstancias se puede entrar a atracciones mecánicas del parque Disney o cualquier otro studio con el pet, tienen que quedarse afuera con algún miembro de la familia mientras el resto disfruta de la atracción, el dueño se compromete a evitar heat strokes dandole agua como es debido…) que hagan posible que las mascotas sean parte del festival conforme al debido proceso de ley y orden, siguiendo las debidas pautas de salud pública para garantizar el sano disfrute y seguridad de todos. Puede haber zonas del Festival donde haya treats para peludos y bakeries que ofrezcan sus arte edible para ellos, e incluso puede ofrecerse doggie bowls para ellos en restaurantes, food trucks and steet food carts. Yes, canine and feline cuisine is also an art. Todo lugar deberá acceder a ofrecer agua gratis para peludos si se les pide por el guardián del peludo, y el festival debe haber un sistema para atender emergencias veterinarias de la misma forma que en los grandes festivales hay sistemas para atender emergencias médicas.

Que yo sepa, no hay en ningún lugar del mundo ningún gran festival a lo largo del mundo que se caracterice por poder llevar a tus pets al festival. Esto sería algo tremendamente innovador. Sería genial que también las aerolíneas pudieram hacer, con las debidas regulaciones establecidas, una excepción para pasajeros domésticos viajando hacia LAX para el Growthfull Fest, de tal forma que si el pet cabe en la falda, pueda viajar en cabina, en lugar de viajar necesariamente en cargo. Eso facilitaría mucho las cosas, de la misma forma que se hacía con emotional support dogs. Debe haber situaciones excepcionales en las que, con las debidas regulaciones, se permita viajar con el perro en cabina si cabe en el lap y se justifica la excepción. Esto sería algo así: solo se permitiría el vuelo de mascotas en cabina, en el lap del guardián, con LAX airport como destination/departure point, con fechas de vuelo del Growthfull Fest week. Por supuesto, así costaría mucho menos volar con la mascota, cargo cuesta mucho más… y sabemos que la mascota lo pasará mejor en la cabina.

Hay una sola excepción a la regla que voy a decir a continuación. Realmente no se debe pretender viajar con perros grandes en cabina porque ocupan espacio y no debes vender un asiento de vuelo a una mascota si se sabe que va a haber mucha gente volando hacia el fest y ese asiento será necesitado por personas. Sin embargo, estamos en fecha de verano. A veces las temperaturas suben demasiado para volar con un pet en cargo, y LAX está al sur. Si hay pets grandes que puedan tener problemas de heat strokes si viajan en cargo… se les debe permitir poder pagar cabina para viajar o hacer el espacio y así poder viajar aunque no puedan ir en cargo, o dejar a los dueños sentarse en la zona próxima a la puerta de emergencia del avión, donde tendrán el espacio para que el big peludo pueda viajar en cabina. That is the only exception. I mean, imaginen que planificas unas vacaciones con tu peludo y que resulte que el peludo no puede viajar porque no hay cargo disponible para viajar al momento de embarque por altas temperaturas. That would be a whole disaster.

No hay que esperar a fecha de embarque para lidiar con este escenario. Aproximadamente una semana y media antes ya puede saberse aproximadamente como estarán las temperaturas el día del vuelo. Aerolíneas, sean proactivas. Si se sabe que en determinada fecha hay mascotas rumbo al Growthfest que no podrán embarcar en cargo por high temperatures, ofrezcan alternativas de vuelo donde puedan viajar en cabina. Por ejemplo: ofrecer adelantar la hora de vuelo a otro vuelo donde no haya tantas mascotas a la vez en cabina, y así hacer espacio… o ofrecer alternativas de transportación de mascotas, a veces hay servicios específicos de transportación de mascotas a destinos concretos.

Conste: todo esto se haría certificando a la mascota con el Growthfull Fest Pet Pass o con el mismo sistema que se usaba con emotional support vets (con certificación de no agressive, healthy pet, sterilized, all required vaccines given), y solo se haría con mascotas que van to/from LAX/La Guardia. No se trata de llevar al pet en el lap así porque sí… pero hay que hacer un esfuerzo para hcer posible un family fest a nivel nacional donde the whole family can be included. Pets are family. 

Evidentemente esto no puede aplicarse a vuelos internacionales. No puede esperarse que un pet pueda estar tantas horas seguidas en cabina sin necesitar hacer poo/pee, en vuelos internacionales tienen que volar en cargo sí o sí… pero también pueden hacerse esfuerzos para viajeros que vuelan desde destinos internacionales hacia el Growthfull Fest con mascotas.

Incluso debe haber travel insurance disponibles para incluir el pet durante el Growthfull Fest. A per insurance must be also part of the pet pass cost. Any damage done by the pet and any health issue or veterinary emergency during the festival will be covered by this insurance.

Nada, hermanos, hasta aquí el detalle de las mascotas: son familia, por tanto el Growthfull Fest debe estar preparado para integrarlos. Supongo que los que asistan al fest sin viajar en avión llevarán pets mucho más originales perros y gatos, pero para entrar en los indoor spaces (Pavilions, Studios…) el pet tiene que tener pass. No sé si las autoridades de salud pública prefieran exigir a absolutamente toda mascota (incluyendo a quien lleve el betta fish con el fish tank en un stroller) que esté en el fest, incluyendo en espacios abiertos, un Pet pass, incluso si fueran pet cabras o pet donkeys, solo para garantizar que todos los pets en el festival están vacunados, saludables, no sean agresivos y estén esterilizados (o que sean pets en los que no haya behavorial risks en caso de estar en celo, imagínense una perra en celo en el fest, incluso en leash sería un huge problem…) Nada, hay ciudadanos muy originales con las mascotas, seguramente habrá alguno capaz de llevar el betta fish de paseo… esto que lo discutan las autoridades de salud pública pertinentes, and so let the pet pride shine… siempre y cuando no suelten al pitón pet en el StarRise Campus… you get the point, you need to include a responsable care agreement in the Pet Pass: I wont let the piton pet sniffing around freely, I won’t let the dog being too much hours without water or hanging around without leash, I won’t let the leashed rooster fight with the cat… ot the cat eat the hamster… you get the point [Yes, I have seen pictures of roosters on leash, believe it or not]. There are all kind of leashed pets around there. Leash must be required at all times, or the guardian will be fined with a very generous amount of money of they are national/local citizens, besides to suspend all passes and tickets of the guardians of unleashed pets at the festival.😮 I wouldn’t let any unleashable pet to be part of the festival (can you leash parrots?). Leash must be required, 100% of the time, including pythons, donkeys and goats and those not so common pets around there. A leashed turtle could be interestingly possible… but not practical, for obvious reasons, your walking speed when you walk along a turtle would be a problem, get a cart for the leashed turtle. 😂Sorry, tarantulas can’t be leashed, so no, they can’t go. Leashed pets only, folks, or inside a pet cart… but even being inside the pet cart, the pet mut be leashed to the pet cart, so he can’t go hang around of you let the cart open. If you want to create a cart to take a fish tank around or a tarantula tank around, always closed… 

Ask the public authorities about that, I wouldn’t do it, that is extreme pet pride. 😂

Erm… and be careful with leashed lizards. They may be a tempting appetizer for the leashed cat around. No leashed lions or tigers, even if they are treated as pets. Only pet animals alowed, not animals that should be in a zoo. 😮 Also, it MUST BE REQUIRED that ALL pets that get a Pet Pass MUST be microchipped. There will be people handling lost pet issues. No pet will get a Pet Pass without microchip id. The microchip id will be part of the Pet Pass. No exception. So, microchip your leashed lizards, folks. 😂 You get the point.

Now, lets talk about the Growthfull Pavilion. It is named that way because it is how all this Growthfull adventure began: with a painting (Iesu Amor) that become a whole life-changing growthfull creative project. At this Pavilion you will have everything about visual arts: plastic arts, painting, drawing, photography, ink, calligraphy, block printing, serigraphy… Urban Arts (grafitti art) is also art if done properly (not as vandalism and not inciting violence or hate). It can be exhibited as huge murals in the Visual Arts Pavilion, or Los Angeles can provide urban spaces in the city so artists like Banksy can also exhibit their art in the Growthfull Fest. Also, textile arts creations that are created mainly to be seen or where the most important thing is what is designed in the fabric (the drawings in the artisanal fabric, tapestry, embroidery, tshirt painting or fabric paintings like batik) are considered part of this pavilion. Textile creations that are made to be weared belong to the Glow Pavilion (Fashion Arts Pavilion). A final detail about the visual arts pavilion: the poster of the Grothfull Fest each year will be created by the featured visual arts artist chosen to do so… and the postal card of the Growthfull Fest (anyone that wants to sent a postal card from the Growthfull Fest by postal mail will be able to do so) will be selected among kids drawings.

Entrance to this Pavilion, along to the LightHouse Pavilion, is included with the adquision of any of the New Fraternity, New Albor or Sunrise passes…

However, you can buy a Growthfull Light pass by its own for entrance in both the Growthfull and LightHouses Pavilions… and actually, you can even get a package for this pass: a package that would let you enter to all museums and architectural buildings in Los Angeles. I have no idea if it can be made possible to make an all-included pass to all museums and architectural building of Los Angeles during the fest, looking for big bussinesses that make that possible with their sponsorship… but if that is possible, would be a great Growthfull Light Package. 

There is another Pavilion at the Growthfull Fest: the Glow Pavilion. The name comes of how we are called to glow as living bodies, glowing bodies that glow more and more as we become the best we can be… and what we wear and how we embody our style while doing that can also be an art. Yes, you heard it right: there are fashion arts, the art we wear in our glowing bodies as we become the best persons we can be while we wear it… and of course, also while we create it.

There are two main kinds of Fashion Arts: Body Art and Wereable Art. The names are quite evident: the body art is in our own glowing body, and the wereable art is the rt we wear in our bodies. The wereable art can also be named “Designer Art”, because it is always designed by a fashion artist. The Body Arts are: Hair Art, Tatoo Art, Nail Art. and Make Up Art. The Design Arts are: Jewerly (including watches) Art, Bags and Purses Arts, Shoe Arts and Clothing Arts. All thes will belong to the Glow Pavilion: they make us glow as better persons, done it right.

The entrance to the Glow Pavilion can also have a pass with a package require: you will prepay a package of certain selection of tickets, and once inside the Pavilion and see the art you like you can select what products made to use that art you want to take with you. It has a surprise factor: you don’t know what you are prepaying, but you know it will be great, although it can be expensive in certains circumstances. Imagine that Coach is one of the exhibits in purses, and offers a prepaid ticket to get a “surprise custom made purse designed for the festival, 300 purses only”. Well, you can guess, that ticket may add 300 dollars to your package, easily, and you wont even be seeing the purse until you go and get it. Its part of the magic of the Growthfull Fest. So, you can buy an gold color high end fashion ticket, costing 300 dollars… and you don’t know exactly what collectible, highly valued Fashion art you will find inside there (a purse, a good colorful leather coat, a high end fashion lovely shoe…), but you know it will be there and you will be able to select it. I wouldn’t let anyone to buy extra tickets inside this pavilion, because you can bet they will be a lot buying extra tickets once they see those exclusive and beautiful designs way accesible. Specially if you consider this detail: designers shoul use this festival to make designer fashion more accesible. This is part of the spirit of the festival: arts is for all. So… something that you would normally sell at 300, you can let it go in this festival at 200. Its part of your bussiness marketing expenses. 🙂 Also, you should design Fashion Art for all kind of sizes, there should be designers specialized in plus sizes. There can also be wedding fashion art and also kids and pets fashion arts. Let us be clear: of course there will plenty of more affordable products, like green tickets with which you can get things like lipsticks and eye shadows (make up stuff)… but some designer art, we all know it, has its costs… but there must be also accesible wereable art. Designers can also be generous and give an item randomly to someone one you know can’t afford it, just as a fraternity gesture. I will give an example of this later.

Giving Body Arts package tickets can be quite tricky. Can you have enough tatoo artists to everyone who wants a tattoo? Tattos don’t work that way. Body arts don’t work that way. You may show pictures of tatoos and… tatooed models at the runway, with tattos that has purpose. With the tatto artists may happen what happens with the movie stars meet and greets: you will have to select who you are going to give those tickets and get the tattoo with those great tatto artists, because you can’t let everyone who wants to to get a tattoo there. Imagine if you let everyone who wants to pay for a ticket to get a tattoo from Kate Von D. No, you cant. You need to give those tickets as prices to amazing people to make a great difference in their communities, creating a better society for everyone. Also, you can offer as part of packages, and  may be letting people buy them randomly to be fair… image make overs, using make up, hair and nail art. If you want to integrate what they wear, you can get that done too of course. This can also be used as a prize if needed.

Although inside the Pavilion you can have a runway if there is enough space for so, so you would be doing constants fashion shows there to show everything you need to show… butthere must he a main fashion show in the StarRise Paviliom Campus, may be the bigest open air fashiom show of the world. That is for everyone to see, free, you just need to get a spot around the StarRise Campus stage where the runway show will be given during the day (during the night the Star Rise Campus will be quite busy with music arts shows). Imagine the wonder of a kid being able to see a real fashion show in the Growthfull Fest, how many growthfull dreams you will inspire. Yes, all glow arts are art too, they have a great potential to inspire a growthfull culture and to create a growthfull humanity for everyone. What we wear matters. 

The models for this fashion show won’t be the tipical models, although you can get some of those if they can comply with these requirements to be fashion model at a Growthfull Fest (this will be done in a video of no more than 5 minutes long, also showing a modeling example with her or his favorite outfits):

-you need to explain to the Growthfull Fest Fashion Comitee how modeling fashion helps you to become the best person you can be

-you need to explain how fashion arts has changed your life and what difference makes in your life

-you need to explain why you want to be a fashion model at Growthfull Fest.

-you need to explain how you create a more growthfull society with fashion arts, how you are not only a fashion model but a growthfull model, a growthfull influencer. Let me explain this with an example.

Sofia Girau is a very famous Puerto Rican Model. She is very beautiful. Guess what? She doesn’t only models: she models achieving her dreams and becoming the best she can be. She has Down Syndrome and has the social purpose of creating a society that is more inclusive to Down Syndrome people. She is the first ever model with Down Syndrome of Victorias Secret.

That is the kind of models we want here, even if you find out a model that is not professional model but a high schooler that model her favorite attire modeling in the garage of her parent house because she has no other place to do so… but she has a strong growthfull spirit and explains you how she created a self steem club for a primary school so girls can learn self steem while learning how to design clothes for her Barbies.

Here comes what you surely have EVER seen in a fashion show: NO BODY MEASURES will be asked in the modeling form of the Fashion Arts Comittee that select the models. You will only use the videos content to select the models. They should also show in the video their social impact: how they create a growthfull society with fashion arts there where they are. Designers Houses can select their models, but it won’t be selecting the thinner one or the skinnier one: it will be by selecting whose is more growthfull. Get it? Measures will be asked after they are selected and clothes will be designer after that point, they wont be needed to “be thin to fit”. No exceptions to this rule: everything must be designer for the runway show.

Do you remember that I said that designers can be generous and let go clothes or stuff to those they know can’t afford them? Letting some of the models, or all, keep the clothes and shoes you design for them is an example. The models of the glow run way done in the StarRise campus are the prime and most important and visible models, but you can have another fashion shows inside the Glow Pavilion using more models.

No professional model will be allowed to participate in the Growthfull Fest, even if the own designers ask for one in particular, if they don’t comply also with these rules. Even if you get Naomi Campbell or any other high end fashion model. It is good for kids to being able to see professional models and high end fashion models, but EVERY model must comply with this rule to be selected, including kids. Videos can be showed later to the public by the Fashion Arts comittee.

The open air runway for the principal fashion show of the Glow Pavilion will be named “StarGrowth Runway”. Why? Here is were the stars grow as glowing growthfull stars: becoming social models that create growth, being growthfull influencers that at all moments ask themselves: how, in this very moment, I am called to create growth with my modeling, that is not only modeling clothes and fashion, but modeling growth trends that help our society to glow more and more growthfully as you make possible with your modeling that everyone can grow in more and more communion, modeling a live growthfull story that inspires everyone to become the best person they can be, leaving behind everything, absolutely everything, that doesn’t help us to become the growthfull nation we are called to be? That is how the stars of the StarRise Campus grow: choosing to create the growth we are called to create together as a growthfull nation, so everyone can grow best, and the best step to create growth, to influenciate growth… is being ourselves the growth, becoming the best person we can be so we can help others to grow the same way… always being humble and knowing that we can’t control growth: we are simply growth models that create more and more growth by inspiring more and more growthfull newness, radiating more and more new life that glows in more and more communion as we become together the best we can be, the growthfull nation we are called to be, the full light we are called to be. All models in the Growthfull Glow Pavilion won’t be only fashion models: will be growthfull influencers, will be growth models to our kids and everyone that know their stories, will be models that inspires full growth, growing stars that shine more and more glow inspiring more and more full growth.

Pets that are being used as models… can be pets of the selected human models, but the best should be take adoptable pets from shelters all along US and facilitate their adoption at the festival (yes, you can have a pet adoption zone in the festival). That requires certain planning, but can be done, and these adoptable dogs will be only given to families that want to adopt and have young children (7 or younger). You can ask families that want to adopt a doggie to make fill a form telling what kind of dog would fit better their life style and why they want to adopt at the Growthfull Fest. You won’t be able to get doggies for everyone, so the priority are for families with young kids, that will enjoy a lot adding a doggo. Of course there will be good families waiting for a good doggie to adopt and of course that can be done at the Growthfull Fest. 

Besides the Pavilions, there will be another very big open area for a last kind of arts: the Growthfull Kindgom. You can’t understand the Growthfull Kindgdom as the the Pavilions. It is literally a “Kingdom” (think in Disney’s Magic Kindgom to understand the concept) space with very wide zones called “parks” inside the Kindgom. This Kingdom’s main characteristics is that here you will have zones for family artisans, and also for families enjoy together while at the fest.

You just read the word “artisan”. Guess what? Artisan arts are also arts. With “artisan arts” Jesus Charity means art made by artisans, handmade. They may not be professional jewelers (jewerly is one of the arts in the Glow Pavilion), but they create amazing handmade earrings and accesories. They may not create purses professionally (purses and bags are other of the arts in the Glow Pavilion), but they create amazing handcrafted and unique handbags. The artisan arts are very wide, from artisanal bread, to artisanal soaps and candles. These are family-owned bussinesses, home-based art bussiness, and yes, they need to have their spot in an arts and family festival. But for artisans you don’t need a Pavilion, is not their way to function. 

The artisans zone of the Growthull Fest would divide in two very big zones: the artisan food park (food trucks and street food vendors) and the artisan workshops park (all kind of artisan crafts, all of them, and we all know there are many. Imagine in one side a HUGE food truck park, and in the other a HUGE artisans flea market, a very well coordinated huge flea market: MANY little workshop tables were artisans can show their creations, give their contact cards and have their products to sale. 

You can’t expect an artisan to have enough crafts to sell for the whole festival, if the crowd are such a massive crowd (we are talking a crowd bigger than the OktoberFest, and the OktoberFest has 1 million). You will have a different artisans at each table each day, and really, you can accept all kind of artisans here, worldwide (the country/state of the artisan must be clearly stated in each table). Each chosen artisan would get a one day spot on in the artisan’s workshops zone. Of course, some of the artisans tables in the artisan crafts zones can be given to schools that sell their best student’s crafts, or for artisan kids that have such a great talent that, along their parents permission and support, they can get their own table at the artisan’s workshops zone. If there is artisanal alcohol (like new albor coquito is), it can’t be sold to minors, under no circumstances, period. There can also be artisanal creations for pets.

Remember: this artisans workshops are being worked out by families. You can have personal moving around the tables providing snacks for the artisans kids that are with them in the workshops, and also to provide warm food to the artisans that are in the table and won’t be able to move to the artisan food zone to get a warm bite to eat during the day, because they need as much as people as possible in their workshop spot during their prime day. 

You know what? Amazon, Walmart, Marshalls and Target could sponsor together the Growthfull Kingdom, they would be supporting families directly (their bussinesses is all about that), and then let Apple, Dell, Lenovo and Microsoft sponsor the StarRise Campus (that campus need TONS of tech specs, and tons of wifi spots), together as an act of bussiness fraternity. Its very rare to have competitor bussinesses sponsor something together. Consider it an act of bussiness fraternity, and fraternity is what we celebrate as human family: growing together as the brothers and sisters we are called to be. Let Costco and Sams and any other big store of that kind sponsor together other Pavilion. Big brands of kitchen appliances (GE, so on…) can sponsor together the huge New Fraternity Pavilion. JcPenney and Macys can do the same with other Pavilion (probably the Glow Pavilion, that is related with art that makes the body glow, art that is in your body and that you wear), or they may only sponsor the fashion zone of that pavilion, and then let MAC and Clinique sponsor together the make up art zone of the Glow Pavilion). Pepsi and Coca Cola can sponsor together another huge activity or even a whole pavilion too). So on, so on… this can be an “sponsorship policy” of the Growthfull Fest: bussiness that usually are competing against each other will sponsor something of the Growthfull Fest together. 🙂 That is corporative and bussiness fraternity at its finest.

Another zone of the Growthfull Kingdom is an activity that is for the families: the shared dreams park. Here you will have a picnic zone… and a kite flying zone. So, no electrical wires allowed here, anywhere. 

There is something else that should be here too… but can be complicated to have here, so may be is best to divide the shared dreams park and the gazebo): the shared dreams gazebo. Here you would have a huge star-shaped gazebo, with real passion fruits plants growing there… and in the center, you would have a shared dreams flame, like a huge family camping fire zone (a single big fire, think in something like the Olimpics Torch, but something more like a camp fire). There would be also… well… thrones.

Yes, you heard that right: thrones. The gazebo will have 4 thrones, for a queen, a king, a princess and a prince. The queen and king will be chosen by popular vote among the featured artists of the festival (each pavilion has featured artists: the star author of the festival, the star actor of the festival, the star musician lf the festival, the star painter of the festival… each art kind has a star artists… in the artisans arts, it would be one for food artisans, one for crafts artistans). That vote will be made online since months before the festival. 

Guess who are the princess and prince of the festival? You know that beauty child pageants are known for making the girl dress like a princess, with lots of make up and  making them make many frivolous stuff. Nope, these princess and prince wont be chosen this way. 

The Growthfull Prince and the Growthfull Princess of the Festival will be chosen among kids 7 years or under… that did a GREAT thing for their families, schools or communities. I mean, great and beautiful things for their age. These princess and prince will be chosen for the beauty of their hearts, that is how Jesus Charity choses His Princesses and Princes. Candidates will be posted online, and they will also win by popular vote. Have you ever heard a kids princess and prince contest done this way? I don’t, ever. These constests are always about external image and modeling only.

Well, the thrones should be around this Gazebo, where families can take pictures using them too: the parents would be the Star King and Queen, and the kids would be the beautiful hearts princes and princesses…

The problem here is that at the beginning of the festival, you need a “shared dreams gazebo” for the opening dance of the Festival with the King and Queen of the festival, and also the prince and princess, along their parents and siblings… with the President of United States, and also the Governor of California should be around. So… well, either you got two huge shared dreams gazebos, one in the StarRise campus and other in the Growthfull Kingdom, or I have no idea what you are going to do with that.

For the Growthfull Kingdom won’t need as many electrical/technological resources as the Pavilions need. Artisans are quite well adjusted to work in the streets and in zones where inmediate electrical sources are not available, they can handle to work in an outer city area. You need such a big wide open area for this Growthfull Kingdom that probably is better that you find a very wide open place outside the Los Angeles main city area, a place in outer Los Angeles, with a good transportation system to connect it with the urban Los Angeles Area and main Pavilions/Campus. This Growthfull Kindgom can include, if there is space available for that, a huge camping/home trailers zone for those families that want to go to the fest but can afford a week long stay in a hotel, especially if they bring dogs and other pets (not all hotels provide pets accomodation services, although that can also be worked out). You will simply need to build many common showers and bathrooms and ways to the people charge their devices and have wifi in common zones of the camping area while camping as family. Of course, a security system must be implemented to keep kids and pets safe (and implement Amber alerts properly if necessary, kids can be lost quite fast with many people around, specially if there are many people camping at th same time and you have no way to find out your exact camping spot). You can create a camping pass so families will be able to reserve a camping/trailer spot and you get things properly organized for such a huge camping site. You could even win the Guiness Record for the biggest amount of people camping together, ever. If you do make this camping zone, the shared dreams flame can be used, with the proper precautions and suppervision, as smores fire. Smores, nothing else. Anyone who want hot dogs should be able to go to the food trucks. Only smores, so everyone can have a little bit of time besides the fire to get them done. Imagine everyone roasting whatever they want in the fire, kids won’t have space to enjoy the fire safely.

So, this would be the Growthfull Kindom: a huge open area for the Food Artisans Park, the Workshop Artisans Park, the Shared Dreams park for picnic and flying kites, and if you achieve to get enough space for it, a Family Camping Zone. This would be a Family Space Zone: the artisans spots are family owned bussiness and home-based workshops, the open space is designed to fly kites, something you can only do as a family, and if you include a camping zone, well, that would be the prime spots for families to enjoy being a family.

As I said, it needs to be an outer area, you won’t have this kind of space in crowed Los Angeles urban area, so you will need a very good mass transportation system to connect the Growthfull Kindom with the main city area. Ask Toyota, Ford, Mitshubishi, Tesla… and ang other car related by company that is interested in doing growthfull bussiness to sponsor that needed mass transportation system together. I guees there can be other kind of companies to being able to help in the camping site needs… I mean, they will need good mosquito repellents too, so Off can be a good sponsor too. 😂 You can even give a camping tote bag for the kids, included in the camping pass, with play doh and that stuff they can enjoy while camping. Remember: there must always be details for the kids 7 and under, making possible our kids’ best growth is the victory of a growhfull society. You can even create a playground zone in the camping park for them. Be sure: there will be tons of kids and pets in the “Let glow grow” camping park.

As you see, the artisan arts do not need a pavilion, they do not work that way, they are home-based and family-owned… but they do need their space to glow. This is it. Actually, inside the Growthfull Kingdom you can call the artisans’ park “Let It Glow Park” (like in Magic Kingdom: there are parks inside Magic Kindgom), divided in food artisans and in workshop artisans… then you would have the Shared Dreams Park with the picnic area, kite flying area and the shared dreams huge gazebo… and finally, the “Let Glow Grow Park”, the family camping zone. Those three parks would be the Growthfull Kingdom of the Festival. ❤️ No more fires will be allowed than the Shared Dreams Flame. That is a very basic safety measure in such a huge camping zone.

Also, as you may see, this Grothfull Fest is not only a family and arts festival: it is also a kind of bussiness marketing mecca. You want your bussiness to show shinning growthfully? Well, this is the festival your bussiness WILL want to sponsor, one way or another, or the festival where you WILL want make your products and services visible. 🙂 The Growthfest Festival will need an amazing and very efficient and well equipped growthfull marketing team to manage all these sponsorships, beside a growthfull creative comitee to choose the content and whose artists will be in the Pavilion/Let It Glow Park. The creative influx for something like this is HUGE. 🤗 These are not exacly the Olimpics, where the best performance is enough to be selected. You need to guarantee representation of everyone, the best artistical skills, and also that the artits embraces a growthfull vision, so the art is made for create a growthfull society where everyone can become the light we are called to be, the brothers and sisters we are called to be, doing that art growthfully, becoming the best person the artist can be as he or she createsthe art he or she shares in the festival (the work of an artist that uses drugs can’t be admitted if not gets recovery treatment, as example. An artist that commits a crime or hit his wife cant be admitted in the festival. You can request background checks and drug test if is needed, specially among the Let It Glow Park artisans, because there you will have MANY more artists than in any Pavilion and they will be making their art on site. Musical artists that participate live can also be asked also a drug tes. Any artists that participate live can be randomly selected… art must be created growthfully). These arts works must be fraternally selected: they must represent how we create the best we are as human family. Every continent and state must have representation in each Pavilion. Also, in each Pavilion and in the Growthfull Kingdom, there must be a prime exhibir that promotes human rights witha living growth history. Let’s say an example: in the New Fraternity Pavilion you spot an exhibit about the growthfull story of a woman from Afghanistan who got away from the country to being able to have a life with human rights (we all know what happens to women in Afghanistan), she moved to USA and became an amazing chef. Everyone got an amazing growthfull story to share, but her story is a story that focus who she was able to become a chef thanks to USA respecting her human rights and she being able to become a very good chef in USA, where being a woman doesn’t mean being forced to exist without human rights. In the Growhtfull Kingdom there are no exhibits, so how would do it? Well, in the Shared Dreams Gazebo you will engrave the whole Universal Declaration of Human Rights. That is a VERY powerfuls sign of what the shared dreams of the whole humanity as family are. When the Universal Declaration of Love (the universal declaration of the human family rights) is written officially, it can be engraved too, neither there or in the other shared dreams gazebo (the one that is for dancing) at the StarRise Campus. Do you rememebr the sacramental signs (the ones I engraved in wood Christmas ornaments) I engraved with my charity alliance in the star gazebo of my dreams? Well, you would do the same with the shared dreams gazebos. The Human Rights and the Family Rights re the “fraternal signs” and the “communion signs” of the whole human family, glowing together as growthfull society. Making the Universal Declaration of Love a permanent flame im Los Angeles (so, that gazebo would be a permanent monument of the city) would be a VERY powerfull sign of what the Growthfull Fest is all about: creating together as growthfull nation a growthfull culture of new life that grows in more and more communion, new life that shines to EVERYONE.

Another detail about the Shared Dream Gazebos: los growthfull flames en el centro de los Shared Dream Gazebos (both of them, both in the Growthfull Fest and in the New Albor Fest, so… well, Ponce and Los Angeles become some kind of ”sister cities”) funcionarán como “fuentes de sueños”: cualquiera podrá vaciar sus growth jars en ellos, quemando en ellos sus growthfull stars con sus sueños y sus “I choose to be a light when…” escritos en ellas. Esa flama es un growthfull flame: en la medida en que hacemos posible el crecimiento más pleno de todos, comenzando con nuestros niños… that flame keeps radiating new life that grows in more and more communion, glowing together more and more growthfully until becoming the stars of heaven we are called to be, the growthfull nation we are called to be… Si se hace otro de esos gazebos en el gazebo construido permanentemente en el cultural district de Ponce, for the new albor fest, you need to design a flame creator (como una antorcha ancha, I guess) with exactly the same structure and appearance, for both gazebos, with a design that make possible that you can gather all the ashes safely when its necessary, and transform all those ashes in sunflower fertilizer, so we all are growthfull influencers that lend Him our hands and hearts, consecrated by Him, making possible with what we are and what we do His vision, making possible tht everyone can grow in more and more communion… sharing a growthfull story that makes more and more visible His mercy and tenderness… His living story of Love written with living letters [con Palabra viva…] that fire in flaming Holy Spirit in our glowing body and firing charity alliance… All those sunflowers… radiates a HUGE growthfull light… united with the flaming Holy Spirit action that make us GLOW as the growthfull stars and the growthfull nation we are in Him, for Him and with Him, glow with a HUGE light… a gigantic field of Star rising (the sunflowers opening wider and glowing more and more)… glowing together… and this is part of the StarRise Campus meaning. 

If it is not safe during the Growthfull Fest to let everyone to put their growthfull stars (the lucky stars made of paper where they write their dreams and how they radiate light) during the fest due the higher volume of stars, you can collect them all somewhere else, a space designed for that, and let everyone see the “collected dreams” of everyone (I mean: it would be a transparent giant vase where all the amount of growthfull stars left there during the festival can be seen together)… and then, at then, at the end of the festival, make a huge fire with them at the end, at the moment where everyone hugs and say “choose growthfull” to each other, creating that fire in a safe way and where you can collect the ashes safely later. Remember, the last day of the fest is July 4, Independence Day. Making a huge fire that day with those ⭐️ can be beautiful too, if the ordinary flame of the shared dreams gazebo is too small to content the ashes of such a large crowd. That can be the start of the fireworks show, and so, the start of the end of the Growthfull Fest.

Other very important detail: The Growthfull Fest will have a VERY strong functional diversity integration policy. In all zones there will be resources to assist and integrate our functional diversity poblation fraternally. There can be hours in each Pavilion dedicated and reserved exclusively for sensory sensible poblations (autism kids or adults that need an enviroment without background music, as example). There can be movie theather explicitly prepared for functional diversity poblation reservations. All exhibits must be wheel chair accesible, always. Prime spots will be given to wheel chair poblation at the StarGaze Campus, at all activities. You must try to have some sign language assistants per art zones at every Pavilion (you can pay highschoolers in Los Angeles to learn American Sign Lannguage, pay their classes in exchange of being functional diversity assistants during the fest… probably you will need a whole school learning sign language 🙂). There should be visual arts works that can be touched by our blind sisters and brothers so visual arts are also accesible for them. In the camping zone, there should be some trailers zone available exclusively for brothers and sisters that use wheel chairs and will need special assistance, including having bathroom facilities that are adecuate to them. Every detail about integrating functional diversity in this festival matters: we are all brothers and sisters, we are all family. 

You have seen I have mentioned a lot about selecting featuring artists, selecting works, selecting models, selecting chefs… The date to announce officially who is selected to be an artists participating in the Growthfull Fest will be January 1, New Year, first day of the New Albor Fest. It will be announced first by a web page that everyone can see and check to see if they were selected. An official letter should arrive shortly after that point.

The date to buy passes and tickets packages for the fest will begin at February 14, feast of Divine Love and Divine Fraternity. At this point all the selected artists works, artisans and models should be officially confirmed, with even travel tickets and stay place confirmed. Anyone among the selected artists or growthfull pantry producers/farmers who needs assitance in these matters, including receiving vouchers for make possible their presence in the festival, needs to resolve their issues between January 1 and February 14. This day the whole official festival schedule will be revealed, so everyone can make their traveling arrangements with time. Poster, postal card, song, poem, movie and book of the Growthfull Fest will be revealed and all featured artists will be revealed, so the princess, prince, Queen and King can begin to be voted. Sponsors will also be revealed this day, and also how in pavilions human rights are being integrated (at least one of the prime exhibits of every Pavilion must have a promoting human rights purposes).

This will give plenty of time to coordinate all the logistics prior the Grothfull fest. 🙂

Como pueden notar, con este festival se estaría creando un nuevo tipo de turismo: growthfull tourism. Para este turismo lo importante no es solo resaltar las mejores cualidades de la ciudad de Los Ángeles o de California (tener los mejores studios, tener los mejores artistas, tener el best produce, tener las mejores creaciones…). Nope. Para el growthfull tourism lo importante es resaltar el como visitar ese destino te ayudará a convertirte en la mejor persona que puedas ser, the how visiting that destination will help you to become the best, growing together as the growthfull society we are called to be, as the brothers and sister we are called to be, as the growthfull stars we are called to be. 

This is a very different way to engage with tourism. 

Don’t be jelaous because I am doing this for Los Angeles, Puerto Rican Tourism company. Your motto for the New Albor Fest would be “Be proud of the best we can glow”. There is something for you too. Everything begins here. 🙂

Ask yourselves, tourism companies: what difference our city and destination can make so we can make possible the best growth possible of our visitors as persons and also as family, growing together as a growthfull society?

Además de todos los Pavilions, el StarRise Campus y el Growthfull Kindgom, también habrá un StarJoy Hub, que técnicamente ha de llamarse el “Welcome to Los Angeles Hub”. Por razones prácticas no es posible obtener los passes en cada Pavilion: tiene que haber un lugar donde todo el que llegue al Growthfull Fest pueda ir, completar los trámites del Growthfull Pass con la informacióm que reste por dar para integrar al pass (por ejemplo: teléfono de contacto mientras se está en Los Ángeles y lugar de alojamiento) y entonces hacerse la foto para el pass y entregar los passes… todo en un mismo lugar. O sea: TODOS los Pavilions/Camping passes se entregan en este StarJoy Hub. You can imagine your joy when you are going to live an experience like this one, right? Imagine Jesus’ joy seeing us all celebrating growing together in more and more communion, as the brothers and sisters we are called to be… and there the name comes from: from the inmense joy of glowing together as the human family we are called by Him to be.

Everyone that arrives to the Growthfull Fest will need to pass through here if they got any kind of passes/packages, so make it full of hospitality touches (like having a dancing group and music as welcome gesture). Here will also be the official gift store of the Festival (this doesn’t need to be the only place you sell material from the Fest, but here is the central store…). Here will be also the fest desks that coordinate the teams of lost items, lost pets and lost minors or vulnerable adults response (an official meeting point where any lost pet and lost minor will be broght, so inmediately when something or someone is lost, everyone know where to go). The Growthfull Pass ID must identify clearly when an adult is a vulnerable adult or a person with functional diversity that may need assitance at certain circumstances (an old person with alzheimer, an adult with autism or Down Syndrome, a blind person thay may need assistance in the Pavilions to find where is the art that can be touched and to be described the art works…) so if the person gets lost, everybody will know that and when he is found he or she will be brought to the lost person/items/pets universal meeting point.

En el StarJoy Hub se dará junto a los Growthfull passes un tote con todo el material que se brinde por familia, incluyendo información turística de Los Ángeles y toda informacióm que todo turista o persona local con passes necesite saber. En el StarJoyHub también se le dara a TODOS los que compren cualquier tipo de pass/package un growthfull alliance: una sortija de silicona que sea signo de nuestro growthfull passion, de nuestro compromiso de crecimiento pleno, de nuestro compromiso por hacer posible que absolutamente todos en nuestra sociedad puedan resplandecer como la luz que son llamados a ser, como las growthfull stars que todos somos llamados a ser, como la mejor persona que podamos ser, como los growthfull citizens que somos llamados a ser, aportanto cada cual nuestro crecimiento posible para así hacer posible juntos un growthfull nation, colmada de crecimiento pleno…

Ahora hablemos de los empleados del Growthfest, especialmente de los que solo trabajarán durante el verano (evidentemente para coodinar un festival como este hace falta cierta plantilla de empleados que trabaje durante todo el año para coordinar los diversos comitees y teams). De la mism forma que la actitud de un empleado cuando vas a un negocio ha de ser atender al cliente preguntándole “how I may help you today?”, la actitud de todo grower (todos, no solo los youth/teen growers) ante quienes acudan al festival ha de ser “how I may help you to grow better today?”

A estos empleados que trabajen en el fest se les llamará “growers”. Respecto a los growers, se hará el esfuerzo por contratar como empleados del festival (summer job contracts) a las siguientes poblaciones:

-High School Students 16 and older de Los Ángeles y de otras zonas limítrofes de California, especialmente si es primera experiencia de empleo. A los estudiantes que sean bilingues o sepan otras lenguas aprendidas en la escuela o en casa, como lenguaje de señas… se les remunerará extra. No sé que leyes apliquen en California respecto a bebidas alcohólicas, pero ningún menor de 18 podrá está en stations del New Fraternity Pavilion ni en Workshops del Let It Glow Park donde se den growth shoot tastings de licor, vinos o tipo alguno de bebidas alcohólicas, lo mismo que estar en workshops o food trucks donde se venda licor en vasos abiertos. De hecho, en esos stations no podrá haber menor de edad alguno, ni siquiera si es familiar de quien esté gestionando el station (papá dueño de una viña o dueño de una cervecería artesanal, por ejemplo) si el licor está en envases abiertos (vasos). La única forma posible, en esa circunstancia, de que el hijo de ese licorero permanezca en el station (y solamente en esa circunstancia, por ser sus padres quienes confeccionan el licor) es que el licor en cuestión no esté siendo servido en vasos, sino dado en sample size bottles cerradas, que abre cada cual, de tal forma que el menor en el station no tenga vasos con licor o vino accesibles (you can even make collectible bottles)… Dar o vender licor alcohol a menores de edad estará absolutamente prohibido en el Growthfull Fest y los menores de edad no podrán trabajar sirviendo licor bajo ninguna circunstancia, eso debe ser parte del operational license agreement de los negocios que participen en el fest. Esto aplica también a los Food Trucks: si un food truck vende new albor piña coladas con ron (esto es un ejemplo de una bebida alcohólica que necesariamente se tiene que vender en vaso), no puede haber menores de edad en ese Food Truck, ni siquiera si son hijos del dueño del Food Truck. Esto es una medida de protección de menores. Las areas donde haya bebidas alcohólicas con vasos abiertos han de estar claramente identificadas y demarcadas para que no permitir consumo de bebidas a menores en esa zona. Debe haber growers atentos a esto en esas zonas en todo momento, incluyendo en horas de la noche. Al negocio que se demuestre que vendió licor a un menor o que puso a un menor en posición de servir bebidas alcohólicas como parte de sus funciones laborables se le suspende la licencia operacional inmediatemente y no podrá volver a participar en el futuro. Los Growthfull Passes también pueden usarse para funcionar como legal age ID al momento de querer comprar una bebida alcoholica, diseñándolos de tal forma que se muestre claramente un signo concreto que signifique que la persona tiene la edad legal para consumir bebidas alcohólicas (en principio, todos los adult Growthfull passes, salvo que el consumo de bebidas comience a los 21). Si hace falta growers con skills concretos (por ejemplo: que sepan de historia de arte, que sepan de artes editoriales… se puede dar clases a estudiantes de high school durante el año para que estén preparados para el verano. Los estudiantes no pagarían extra por tomar esas clases, que estarían disponibles como clases extracurriculares, y se les pueda dar un certificado para que sirva para sus college admisions), y se les remunerará extra en su summer job contract por ese skill. El skill de lenguas (por ejemplo: aprender lenguaje de señas durante el año en la escuela y trabajar en el Growthfest como functional diversity grower) será el mejor remunerado. Se debe esperar que la mayoría de high school students pueda ser ubicado en un Pavilion concreto de acuerdo a sus intereses (por ejemplo: si un high schooler está interesado en estudiar periodismo, se le ubicará para trabajar en el Pavilion de Artes Editoriales) y que pueda recibir durante meses antes del Growthfull Fest clases concretas relacionadas a todas las artes contenidas en el Pavilion donde va a hacer su summer job. Si hay high schoolers que también participarán en el festival como artists (ejemplo: un high school band que tocará en algunas de los stages menores en la ciudad) se les tiene dar un working schedule cuyo horario sea compatible con su participación en el festival. Un highschooler que trabaje como grower en el fest no podrá aceptar un segundo trabajo en alguno de los negocios del festival, para garantizar que tenga sus debidas horas de descanso y de disfrute del festival. Eso también será parte de los requisitos de licencia operacional para los negocios del festival: no podrán contratar como empleados para el festival high schoolers que también sean growers. No está mal que estudiantes de high school de otros estados, especialmente de Puerto Rico, quieran ir a California para trabajar de “growers” en el festival, en cuyo caso también se les daría cierto tiempo para disfrutar del festival y se les darán passes y packages con grower discount… pero tienen que resolver el tema de alojamiento con supervisión de menores (garantizar aue varones y mujeres duermen separado y que no hay conductas de riesgo en ningún momento) y de conseguir los permisos de los padres para que trabajen en el festival (son menores de edad). En ese caso el alojamiento sería parte de su paga (está incluído. Es un gran signo que haya high schoolers de toda la nación trabajando en el Growthfull Fest, y será una gran primera experiencia de empleo para la inmensa mayoría. Incluso pueden colaborar en gestión de Pavilions si tienen los skills necesarios y no se trata de Pavilions o zonas con bebidas alcohólicas. Los growers pueden tener premios especiales por su desempeño y creatividas, y hasta actividades especiales como meet and greets con estrellas de Hollywood o artistas y diseñadores de renombre. Esto puede denominarse “Growthfull Fest Teen Internship”. Se les puede contratar por alrededor de un mes, desde mediados de junio, cuando se asume que ya no tendrán responsabilidades escolares (el año escolar debe estar acabado para ese momento). 

-Functional Diversity Poblation: con esto me refiero a contratar como growers a hermanos con silla de ruedas, hermanos con Síndrome Down o Autismo, so on… Tiene que haber functional diversity growers en todos los Pavilions. 

-Poblaciones socioeconómicamente vulnerables: poblaciones en clara desventaja socioeconómica, como inmigrantes en Los Ángeles con ingresos bajo el índice de pobreza, residentes en residenciales públicos en Los Ángeles o incluso zonas limítrofes en California, tendrán también prioridad para ser contratado como summer growers en el Growthfull Fest. La justicia social también ha de ser parte del Growthfull Fest en todo momento.

-Youth Aspiring Artists and Growers (College students of arts-related and integractive sciences [growthfull sciences] fields): estudiantes universitarios que estudien o que sean aprendices (estudiantes de estudios técnicos post-high school, aunque no sean estudios hechos en una universidad sino en una escuela técnica) en campos relacionados a las artes que se presentan en el festival también pueden ser admitidos como Growthfull Fest College Internship growers. También pueden ser admitidos como College Summer Interns estudiantes de CUALQUIER disciplina académica que sea parte de las integractive sciences, también llamadas “growthfull sciences” [las ciencias de la persona, las ciencias que se especializan en nuestro crecimiento más pleno como personas y como familia humana]: estudiantes de las facultades de Educación, Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. Jamás he visto un summer intership a los que estudiantes de la facultad de humanidades pudieran solicitar, y es genial crear una. Estos college students pueden ser alojados, si hay espacio para ello, en college dorms spaces en universidades en Los Ángeles, que no sean usados durante el verano. De esta forma las universidades también estarían colaborando con el Growthfull Fest. Estudiantes universitarios de universidades de Los Ángeles que sean estudiantes de los Growthfull Sciences pertinentes pueden ser contratados durante el año para dar clases a los high schoolers que necesiten clases para participar en el Growthfull Fest durante verano. Así se estaría aportando al sostenimiento de los estudiantes universitarios que tienen menos becas disponibles (créanme, es mucho más difícil para un estudiante universitario de las Growthfull Sciences encontrar una beca, especialmente para estudiantes de humanidades… si se compara con todas las ayudas disponibles que hay para estudiar ramas como ciencias naturales e ingenierías). Arquitectura, por ser un arte, también se incluye entre las Growthfull Sciences si está en una facultad separada a humanidades. Ingenierías no. Estudiantes de teología de cualquier denominación pueden ser admitidos como growers, las teologías son parte de las humanidades, aunque se estudien en facultades separadas a veces. 

A los estudiantes universitarios de estas carreras que trabajen en el festival se les llamará “youth growers”. A los de high school, “high school growers”. Al resto de personal, “star growers”. 

Los growers menores de edad tienen que tener un sistema de alojamiento totalmente distinto a los college growers. No es lo mismo asumir la responsabilidad de supervisar a un menor de edad que facilitar el alojamiento de un grower que ya es mayor de edad. College growers pueden trabajar supervisando a los high school growers, como si fuera un summer camp, si tienen background check completado y se certifica que son trusted adults y es seguro para un menor de edad el ser supervisados por ellos. Ningún tipo de sexual abuse o drug abuse hacia un menor de edad será tolerado: incitar or permitir cualquier comportamiento de riesgo, incluyendo actividad sexual (incluso consentida) y dar bebidas o drogas ilícitas a un menor de edad (o su uso en growers mayores de edad), será considerado una violación al código de conducta (al grower code) y quien lo haga será inmediatamente expulsado del festival y cesanteado como grower. En caso de ser una violación de ley, también será reportado a las autoridades pertinentes, no ecxceptions (no illicit drugs will be tolerated in the festival: if a sniffing dog or someone else find some in Pavilions or the camping park or anywhere else, all their passes will be cancelled, inmediately, with no reimbursement, that would be partof the star code [código de conducta para participantes del festival]). Los growers tienen que tener cartas de recomendación que certifiquen su perfil de grower, y en el caso de los youth growers prior experience in working with teens will be highly valued and appreciated. All teen and non local youth growers will be given medical insurance that will cover any medical unexpected emergency during their stay in Los Angeles as part of their summer job contracts, or medical care during their stay in Los Angeles if they have certain chronic conditions that won’t interfere with their function as growers if proper care is taken if symptoms appear unexpectedly during their Los Angeles stay (example: asthma attacks, non severe cases of epilepsy that had been non life threatening during a while…). A medical certification will be asked too to all youth/teen growers to certify and check these health details, and falsification of this information will lead to the grower be fired and expelled from the fest. A grower doctor will check and approve all the medical certifications prior the summer job contracts being offered to sign, certifying that is medically safe for that grower to accept the growthfull internship offer. Las facilidades de alojamiento deben estar preparadas para recibir al menos un 3% de growers que sean funcional diversity teen/youth growers: debe haber acomodo razonable para aceptar teen/youth growers en sillas de ruedas, con prótesis o con impedimentos físicos o de aprendizaje (ejemplo: ADD) que no impidan su funcionamiento como growers si se coordinan los acomodos razonables pertinentes. Growers con cierto tipo de impedimentos, como sordera y uso de silla de ruedas que impida hacer cosas como colocarse por sí mismo en la cama, pueden ser aceptados si el grower hace su job application junto a la de un “grower buddy” que esté con él ayudándole en todo momento (por ejemplo: un teen high schooler sordo tienen un mejor amigo que sabe lenguaje de señas y puede permanecer con él en todo momento y ayudarle a integrarse en las funciones de grower con normalidad), siendo aceptados ambos juntos como growers, e incluso facilitando que sean alojados en el mismo cuarto (el grower buddy SIEMPRE tiene que ser del mismo género). A los growers buddies se les pedirán exactamente los mismos requisitos que a cualquier otro grower, incluyendo background check and medical certifications. El fraternal pride es parte importantísima de el Growthfull Fest, y parte de este fraternal pride es hacer el esfuerzo por integrar a nuestros hermanos con diversidad funcional como growers, haciendo los acomodos razonables pertinentes. Puede haber UNA excepción para aceptar growers menores de la edad de 16, si es que es posible por ley hacer el arrangement para hacer un summer job contract a un menor de 16 años en California: si un grower buddy es hermano biológico del grower con diversidad funcional, viven en la misma casa y el hermano que no tiene diversidad funcional está dispuesto a viajar como grower buddy con su hermano con diversidad funcional para hacer posible que su hermano participe en el festival con toda la normalidad funcional necesaria para cumplir sus funciones de grower como cualquier otro grower, eso puede hacerse, siempre y cuando el grower buddy sea teen (tener 13 años o mas) y ambos padres los consientan. En este caso, y solamente en este único caso, el grower buddy puede ser menor de 16 (si la ley permite esto, tal cual se permite que menores vayan a summer camps sin sus padres, yo lo hice a los 14) y ser de growers de distinto género alojados en un mismo cuarto. Estos cuartos donde haya hermanos de distinto género durmiendo juntos como grower buddies, si alguno, estarán en un área BIEN delimitada y serán LOS ÚNICOS cuartos donde pueda haber growers de distinto género en la misma habitación, como parte del acomodo razonable necesario para hacer posible que el grower con diversidad funcional pueda integrarse funcionalmente como grower. En el caso de que haya hermanos biológicos sin diversidad funcional contratados como growers (vaya suerte…), no dormirán en la misma habitación, incluso si son del mismo género. Han de asumir a todos los growers, y al grower que le toque como roomate, como human family. No se tolerará discriminación alguna dentro del Growthfull Fest, y se hará el esfuerzo de que pueda haber growers de poblaciones claramente discriminadas, como los inmigrantes. Aunque sí hace falta residir en Estados Unidos para ser youth/teen grower en el festival, NO SE DISCRIMINARÁ a solicitantes inmigrantes, especialmente ya residentes en California, que no cuenten con ciudadanía estadounidense, especialmente si son dreamers (residentes en Estados Unidos que no cuentan con ciudadanía, pero han residido la mayoría de sus vidas, desde muy niños, en Estados Unidos y consideran a Estados Unidos su hogar). Se deberá crear la forma de dar summer job contracts a estos hermanos. 

Puede haber bussiness/brands cuyo sponsorship to the fest sea subvencionar el summer job contract de growers, sean youth or teens contracts, incluso seleccionándolos entre los canditatos seleccionados por el comité del Growthfull Fest para ser “brand ambassadors” de ese negocio/brand durante el GrowthFest. Sería estupendo tener negocios dispuestos a pagar y subvencionar a los growers. En el caso de los que necesiten los grower buddies, hay que subvencionar a los dos, incluyendo gastos de transportación ida/vuelta a Los Ángeles. Por ejemplo: la marca de audífonos Audible puede auspiciar el summer job contract de un grower con problemas auditivos o sordera, auspiciá dolo junto con su growth buddy, y así compartir como su compañía hizo posible ese growth story como parte de su compromiso como negocio de hacer posible un more growthfull society for everyone. Thisis growthfull marketing at its finest: with functional diversity integration, helping to grow those who need it most.

Un último detalle. Cada año el Growthfull Fest regalará toda una estadía en el Growthfull Fest (incluyendo alojamiento, gastos de transporte aéreo o terrestre si es necesario, y passes con packages incluídos) a una familia que haya sigo víctima de crímenes que se hayan distinguidos por el gran social healing que significa el que ellos hayan perdonado a quienes hayan perpetrado el crimen. Por ejemplo: la familia de un teen de raza negra que haya sido asesinado por un policía de raza blanca, asesinando al teen por ser de raza negra… y la familia del teen de raza negra haya perdonado al policía que cometió al crimen. Esto deben ser llamados “healing Growthfull Travel Pass (o sea, incluirá todos los gastos, pagados por el Growthfull Fest) y si la familia lo desea, su historia será dada a conocer como parte del Growthfull Fest. Pueden ser siete healing packages por año, dedicados a víctimas de crímenes y graves violaciones de derechos humanos, tanto en Estados Unidos como en el resro del mundo, y al menos 3 de las familias tienen que estar dispuestas a que su historia se dé a conocer públicamente, e incluso pueden haber un tiempo de la tarima principal en el StarRise campus dedicado a GrowthHealing Shine, donde esas familias hagan un public speaking speech donde hablen de social healing relacionado a su experiencia transformada en irradiación de nueva vida que crece en comunión y como se relaciona al tema del festival de ese año. También pueden ser supervivientes internacionales (Malala es un ejemplo de superviviente de un gran crímen y violación de derechos humanos a nivel internacional, Asia Bibi también, y a ella le aplica especialmente el tema de ejemplo de perdón a sus victimarios y social healing. Inmaculée Ilibagiza, sobreviviente del genocidio de Ruanda que perdonó a los asesinos de dos de sus hijos, es otro claro ejemplo de a quien se le pueda dar un  healing Growthfull Fest pack). Inspirar social healing and fraternal healing también es parte del Growthfull Fest, cuya concepción creativa como “growthfull social project” no hubiera sido posible sin el social healing que implica mi perdón a quien han cometido las graves violaciones de derechos humanos y los graves crímenes que se han cometido a lo largo de mi vida a mi alrededor e incluso en mi propio cuerpo. Sin social healing no podemos crecer como familia humana donde todos crecen como hermanos: hemos de aprender a perdonarnos y a convertir el culto a la muerte y a la violencia en irradiación de nueva vida que resplandece en comunión, haciendo posible el perdón histórico que es necesario para poder caminar como una sola humanidad que resplandece en unidad fraterna y en paz.

Nada, en todo este blog post palabricé lo mejor que pude el sentido contemplado al contemplar en el sueño de Su Corazón un Growthfull Fest… pero recuerden, no se puede limitar nuestro growthfull creativity como growthfull humanity y como growthfull nation. Siempre puede aparecer nuevas formas de corresponder con más fidelidad a Su growthfull vision, descubriéndolas growing together in more and more communion, en más y más crecimiento pleno, en más y más alegría plena. 🙂 Sigamos haciendo resplandecer más y más la paz que viene de Su Corazón al hacer posible que todos crezcamos como hermanos felices, amados, plenos, santos, iguales, dignos, libres, llamados, consagrados, elegidos a irradiar una luz única que nadie más irradiará… cultivando más y más crecimiento pleno, cultivando más y más crecimiento en comunión…

De la misma forma que el crecimiento en comunión se plasma con girasoles, el crecimiento pleno se plasma con parchas… [por esto es que en el sueño para llegar al star gazebo donde Él hace crecer más y más parchas, a la usanza de un parcha viñedo, está en medio un campo de girasoles… el parcha farm (crecimiento pleno) está en medio de un campo de girasoles (crecer juntos en comunión, siguiendo la luz del Amor de Dios, creciendo juntos como hermanos…), con toda una colorful nube de luz dust colmada de growthfull stars above us, very near, not distant from the Earth…] so let everyone enjoy the growthfull wine, let everyone enjoy our humanity’s growthfull cultural treasure, growing together as the growthfull society we are according to His eyes, glowing in more and more new life that grows in communion! 🙂

Find a very big Fraternity Pavilion for this, folks. Those tickets will be sold faster than the Olimpics tickets, guaranteed. 😂😂😂😂😂
